FAQ Seoul Lantern Festival FAQ
Winter Festa is an international festival in Seoul that encompasses winter city festivals, including the Seoul Lantern Festival, and is held at six major venues, including Gwanghwamun Plaza, Bosingak, DDP, and Seoul Plaza.
You can use one entrance for the disabled in Cheonggye Plaza, one between Mojeon Bridge and Gwangtong Bridge, and one elevator near Samil Bridge.
Please use the restroom near Cheonggyecheon and refer to the on-site guidance map for location.

There is currently no traffic control around Cheonggyecheon Stream, where the Seoul Lantern Festival is held. In the future, matters related to traffic control will be uploaded in real time on the website notice.
