Anyone planning to conduct broadcasting or live streaming must obtain permission in advance through 

the Seoul Tourism Organization.

After approval, please visit the Information Center to receive a PRESS badge before filming.

Filming without prior authorization may be restricted, and permission may be denied depending on crowd conditions.

Visitors who need language assistance can find staff wearing badges labeled with available languages at 

the Information Center.

Participation in the Stamp Tour event is also free. After completing the tour, follow the staff’s guidance to enjoy the extra activities (such as special rides).

Pets are welcome, but for safety, please keep them in a carrier or stroller.

Pet owners must observe pet etiquette and be considerate of other visitors.

All experience programs are first-come, first-served on-site and do not require advance reservations.

Participation is free, but on a first-come, first-served basis, so waiting times may occur.

From December 21 to 25, visitors can take photos with Santa Claus at the large Christmas tree 

photo zone.
