Seoul Lantern Festival FAQ
It will be held on the Jangtong Bridge pier. For more details, please refer to Pokémon Korea's official website or Instagram.
Pets are not allowed at Cheonggyecheon. However, it is possible to carry them in a stroller or in your arms. Pets are allowed at Uicheon. You must follow pet etiquette such as using a leash and cleaning up waste.
They will be dismantled sequentially starting the day after the festival ends (January 4, 2026).
General personal photography is allowed, but large-scale filming for commercial purposes or that interferes with festival operations (such as drones) requires prior permission.
This is a festival for all ages, but children must be guided to stay with their guardians at all times. Special attention should be paid to safety accidents in crowded sections.
Christmas Eve (12/24), Christmas Day (12/25), and weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) between 18:30~20:30 are the most crowded.
General group visits do not require separate reservations, but careful supervision by a group leader is necessary for safety reasons.
